• Kaziranga National Park

This place is under consideration by the UNESCO World Heritage Committee for selection as a World Heritage Site. You can look out for some species of animals, birds, reptiles and so on. Some of the animals species that are found here include are dholes, chital, sloth bear and lots more. In addition, you can also explore some avian species like peafowl, woodpeckers, Red Spur Fowl etc. and few species of reptiles such as King Cobra, Water Snake, Tree Frog and many more. The best time to visit is from April to October.

• Periyar National Park

Periyar national Park is situated in Kumily region of Kerala. The major attraction of this sanctuary is “Periyar Lake”. It is habitat of different varieties of flora, fauna, avifauna and so on. Particularly, this wildlife place is prominent for Indian elephants. Anyone can easily find some species of fauna like Lion-Tailed Macaque, Nilgiri Tahr, Bonnet Macaque and so on. Moreover, you can search few species of birds such as The Great Malabar Hornbills, kingfishers, darters etc. The best season to visit is from October to June.
